Sensei is an international consulting firm that helps their clients deliver business results by improving human performance and optimising the value of team and leadership interactions. Our work is defining this new category of consulting which is currently serviced by either local niche consultants that lack our geographic coverage or as an afterthought by the large global consultancy houses that tag engagement and people development onto the back of their major change programmes.

Sensei specialises in areas where companies want to raise the bar on performance, productivity and profit and they recognise that the biggest challenge is in the way they are using their human capital. Be warned however we are not a human resources consultancy. We ensure that any work we do, has clear line of sight to specific business outcomes of value to the organisation, so that a solid return on time, energy and investment is realised.

We are experts in the process of unlocking people potential and have the consultancy experience to unleash this potential and focus it onto strategically significant goals. We excel at emotionally engaging leaders and leadership teams to ensure they own their vision and their strategy and have the organisational capacity and capability to deliver it.
