The Work We Do: Many of the leaders in Reckitt have worked with Sensei as a trusted business adviser since 1993. The Reckitt operating culture is results focused with leaders from many different countries working extremely hard to develop and grow existing power brands into new markets and to develop new products to fuel the growth of trusted household, health and personal care brands in developed markets.
Our work with Reckitt has mostly been at the interface between their people and their processes helping them get the best from both. We have also helped integrate new teams post acquisition and helped their multinational leadership teams accelerate the journey to high performance with suitable coaching interventions and leadership team journeys.
We have designed several Value for Time conferences and facilitated events and innovation workshops for various functions including R&D; IT; Global and Regional Regulatory; Supply; and Sales and Marketing.
