Scores for each section within the indicative bands should roughly be interpreted as follows:
125 – 150 | Very impressive! You have reached the ‘Gold Standard’ for project management. Keep it up and be prepared to share with your colleagues how you do things so well. |
90 – 125 | Not bad at all but clearly there are some areas for improvement. For those questions with the lowest scores, ask yourself what could we do to improve? What part might you play in achieving this? What help do you need from others? |
60 – 90 | Major action is required to improve how projects are managed in your organisation. Project leaders, sponsors and team members will benefit greatly from focusing on the areas in which you score low and developing ideas and actions to improve. Project Management training will have a role to play in improving knowledge and skills across the organisation. |
