Change Leader & Change Maker Programme

These programmes are designed to give your key change agents, be they leaders, managers or internal influencers, the capabilities and confidence they need to enable sustainable change across your organisation.

The principles of our programme design are as follows:

•We Start with the end in mind – we link the programme to your strategic intent so the context is clear.

• We encourage Participant curation– whilst 80% of the programme covers core modules for consistency the remaining 20% is shaped by the participant’s personal learning objectives and their learning efforts.

• We provide an Outside In Challenge as participant’s will be asked to do their own research as we turn pupil into teacher for topics relevant to their workplace and environment.

• We know how to Educate & Entertain – as we learn best when we are relaxed and enjoying the experience, so we work hard to have fun in each session as we transfer knowledge and key toolsets for change.

To compliment the training modules delivered within these programmes we provide experienced coaching support and coaching set discussions to enable a deep-dive into relevant change topics and themes to ensure the learning has an immediate practical impact across your organisation.

Each programme will be supported by 2 x highly experienced senior change consultants. Participants will get their own Change Maker and Personality profile that will enable them to assess their personal impact as Change Makers and learn how to use their personalities to best influence others,

Each participant will also get a copy of our bestselling Change Wisdom e-book.

All the remote sessions will be recorded for later reflection and all materials will be shared and uploaded into your internal IT environment.
