The Client: ENGIE, formerly Cofely GDF Suez, are leading providers of integrated services – specialising in energy, technical, FM & business process solutions for the built environment. We are supporting the leadership team working in partnership with North Tyneside Council (NTC) based in Newcastle Upon Tyne in the North East of the UK and the leadership team supporting North East Lincolnshire Council (NELC) based in Grimsby.
The Work We Do: We are working with the partnership director and his senior leadership team helping them develop a vision, mission and strategic journey for the partnership that is cascaded throughout the organisation in order to give a strategic mandate for their transformation change programme. The partnership aims to provide outstanding customer service and the leadership team want to develop both the NTC and NELC partnership into a ‘shop-window’ for ENGIE’ s Cities and Communities service area to support their desire to win further business process outsourcing contracts. In addition to the strategic work we are supporting a number of the senior leadership teams with breakthrough coaching to give them the skills, confidence and capabilities to lead strategic change and deliver outstanding results.
