The Client:  With almost 50 years of academic excellence, the University of Bradford is a leading Technology University that has around 10,000 students.

The Work We Did: We were asked by the head of the marketing and external affairs to facilitate a strategic review day for key members of the academic staff and the external marketing and PR Agencies the University are partnering with in their strategic journey towards their 2014 Vision. 

The head of marketing wanted to use this event to build a sense of ‘Team Bradford‘ within all the external agencies as well as develop a clear route map for the strategic journey that lies ahead. The event brought together senior academics, members of staff from within the University’s communications and marketing  departments as well as representatives from around 6 external agency’s, who were more used to working in competition than in a collaborative partnership. Our role was to help them focus on the student of the future and create an environment where everyone collaborated and worked together to build a creative and cohesive picture of the marketing plans that will help the University deliver its Vision of the future.
